Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of ingestible dietary supplements and safety regulations, we do not accept returns once a product has shipped.

However, we will replace products that arrive:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

To request a replacement:

Email support@holyherbaid.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  1. Order number

  2. Photo of the issue

  3. Description of problem

Replacements are shipped within 3–5 business days after approval.

What to include in the Refund Policy

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
